SLB Apologises For Email Distribution Error
The State Owned Electricity Company has apologized for an email distribution error which sent a newsletter to thousands of customers by mistake. An official explained that the error was caused by a technical glitch.
The company has assured customers that it was not a security breach and that customer data remains safe. SLB also assured that the email was deleted immediately after it was distributed.
SLB will be re-checking its systems to prevent such errors in the future.
